Our stud Dogo, Anthos De La Primera (better known as Cowboy), is the new “king” of the kennel. We purchased him from Fairtex Kennel, which is run and owned by Maureen Pinto – one of the best professional Dogo handlers in the world. Maureen acquired Cowboy from Phil Owens of Texas. Although Cowboy’s looks are intimidating, we felt that his features would best compliment our three females. Of course looks are not always deceiving, Cowboy is rough and tough but like any real cowboy there is a soft side to him as well. He has a big heart and is very loyal. He is laid back and at the same time full of energy. He has been trained to hunt wild boar and is an avid hunter of both small and large game. Cowboy loves the open field and true to his name he loves to play the field as well. When he’s not busy hunting, you can find him strutting his stuff for the ladies. He is a true “ladies man” and he knows when it’s time to do business. He gets the job done!! Cowboy is available for stud service, which of course is guaranteed. Cowboy – baby, a gentle giant with some attitude, that’s our boy.
